TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing a Skin Subscription you understand -
You are committing to a 6 month subscription commencing May 1, 2025 and ending Oct 30, 2025. All treatments must be completed within the allotted timeframe (May 1, 2025 and Oct 30, 2025). You are giving permission to Lotus Care (via Stripe) to direct debit the nominated weekly amount of your subscription.
What if I can no longer afford my subscription?
We understand that circumstances change. If for some reason you can no longer afford your subscription, please contact the salon to speak to one of our receptionists. Please note: all processed payments prior to cancellation are non-refundable. Additionally, should the value of the treatments you’ve received (full price) exceed your credits made via direct deposit, you will need to pay the difference before we can cancel your subscription.
Where can I view my payments?
Your payments will appear on your bank statement or in the Stripe Customer Portal. When you sign up to a subscription a Customer Portal is automatically created for you here. Your payment details can also be amended via the Customer Portal or by contacting the salon.
