Our Booking Policy is designed to ensure Lotus Care can operate effectively and so that other clients don’t miss out. Cancellations under 24 hours make it hard for the salon to operate effectively.
Practically, this means:
$50 deposit for all skin treatments.
$20 deposit for all other services.
24 hours notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments made within the 24 hour notice period will forfeit their deposit.
